Adding Fruta Planta to your diet & exercise routine really makes it EASIER to get results, and it makes the dieting/calorie restricting far less painless, because it effectively suppresses your appetite, and gives you an added boost of energy for your workout. I have always been athletic and eaten healthy, but I also have always had difficulty losing weight. In the past month, however, since adding Fruta Planta to the mix, I have lost 8 pounds and counting. I hope the next box works as well as the last :)

Hi, I've started taking the pills on Feb 8, 2011, and I've only lost 9lbs. I would like some feedback on what I'm doing wrong I walk 4 miles 5 days a week,and I'm not seeing the same results everyone else is having. I can't take my pills in the morning, because I work the night shift so I take Fruta Planta around 3:30 everyday before work my shift is 12hrs. My first week on the pills I lost 5lbs, and I was real excitied but then everything has been at a stand still. Please can anyone help me out?

This is the best product thus far in 30days i lost 18lbs, i didn't notice at first but when i got on the scale numbers don't lie. Its great that you only have to take one pill daily. So if you thinking about losing weight try fruta planta it's great

I have never written a review, thinking most good ones are faked. But not this one. It works but you will hardly notice. You will just not want to eat when you know normally you would have, and it just goes on from there. I have lost 30 lbs and I take one now everyone other day to maintain. Good luck.

since i gave birth..very dificult to loose the weight since started fruta planta i thought i was goin to take time but my first pack i lost 17 pounds and i stlll havent finish package..loving it
